Monday October 22nd , 1917 .
The Board of Public Works ofr.the City of Richmond , Indiana ,
met in regular session at the office of said Board Monday
October 22nd , 1917 , at 9 o'clock A. IMI. All the members of
said Board being present , Messrs , Bavis , Marlatt and McMinn.
The following-proceedings were had, 'to-wit : -
i . . The Board directed that no dumping signs be placed on the
property south of Doran Bridge to -prevent persons from dump- -
ing leaves, etc . , on same . ' - -
Claims to the amount of 6143:17, were ;allowed and ordered paid..
The various ' payrolls to October 15th & 20th , were allowed. _
The Board then adjourned, ,-,„ -

The Board of Public Works of t)ge .City of- Richmond Indiana,
met in regular session at the office of said. Board Thursday
October 25th, 1917 , at 9 o'clock A. M. All the members of
said Board being present , Messrs , Bavis , Marlatt and McMinn.
The following proceedings were had , to-wit : -
The Board directed the Street Commissioner to place enough
gravel in the 'alley known as Knollenbergs Lane , to fill up
the ho le s. .
The Board directed the Finance Department , to pay- to the Con-
tractors , the 5% reserves due as follows : - - -
Daniel G. Burkhardt , Contractor, Improvement Resolution No.
491-1916 , reserve ordered. paid 487 .69
F. E. Slick, Contractor , Improvement Resolution No. 502-1918,
reserve ordered paid., 0203 .04
The Board then adjourned,
