The Board of Public Works ofrithe City of Richmond , Indiana ,
met in regular session at the office of . said. Board Monday
October 22nd , 1917 , at 9 o'clock A. M. All the members of
said Board being pre sent , Messrs , Bavis , Marlatt and McMinn.
The following-pro c€edings were had, to-wit : -
. The Board directed that no dumping signs be placed on the
property south of Doran Bridge to :prevent persons from dump- -
ing leaves, etc . , on same .
Claims to the amount of $6143;17, were ,allowed and ordered paid .
The various • payrolls to October 15th & 20th , were allowed.
The Board then adjourned,

The Board of Public Works of tre City of- Richmond , Indiana ,
met in regular session at the office of said Board Thursday
October 25th, 1917 , at 9 o'clock A. M. All the members of
said Board being pre sent , Messrs , Bavis , Marlatt and McMinn.
The following proceedings were had , to-wit : -
The Board directed the Street Commissioner to place enough
gravel in the alley known as Knollenbergs Lane , to fill up
the holes. .
The Board directed the Finance Department , to pay to the Con-
tracto rs , the 5% re serves due as follows:- -
Daniel G. Burkhardt , Contractor, Improvement Resolution No.
491-1916 , reserve ordered paid $87 .69
F. E. Slick, Contractor , Improvement Resolution No. 502-1918 ,
reserve ordered paid, $203 .04
The Board then adjourned,
