' The Board of Publ is Works of the City of Richmond , Indiana ,
met in regular session at the roffice of said Board Monday
_ -October 15th , 1917 at 9 o'clock A. M. A.11 the members of '
sa id Board. being "pre sent , Messrs , Bavis , Marlatt & McMinn. •
The following. proceedings were had , to-wit : -
- On motion of Mr. Marlatt, 'the Superintendent of City Light •
Plant was directed to place an arc light at corner of
Southwest "A" & 9th Street .
Upon recommendation of City CivilnEngineer the following
_ 5% reserves were ordered paid as follows : to-wit : -
Improvement Resolution No. 501-1916 , 5% re serve--- 60 .53
Cost of repairs due `Schnei der Bros , - " ' 41 .20
Due W. R. Payne , Contractor , 19 .33
Improvement Resolution No. 522-1916 , 5% reserve--- 112.00
. Cost of repairs due Schneider Bros , 4.30
Due W. R. Payne, Contractor , - •,10'7 . 70
The Finance Department were directed to pay the above
amounts as specified.
