1. The meeting was called to order by the chairman at 10:05 AM via
Zoom
2. Minutes of the previous meeting were approved with revisions.
3, The chairman reported on diccussions with the HDC to try to
establish better communication and coordination.
4, Visionary Survey -Results are on the Town website
5. The Spruce Hill Barn and House- The BHC plans to reach out to the
Sea Camp committee regarding the historic nature of the several
buildings
6, Patricia agtreed to send her draft of the story she prepared for the
Town Warrant to the Cape Codder after the Town meeting
7.. Eric Dray has completed drafts of 23 more Form B's funded for this
fiscal year and the committee will complete review of these drafts by
May 20tH
8. The issues surrounding the old school house owned by the
Conservation Trust were again discussed. It was agreed to try and
find funding of $300 for a structural engineer as soon as possible to
proceed with an evaluation of the structure. The conservation Trust
has invited the BHC to tour the structure.
9. Fieldstone Hall -the committee planned to visit the Hall for a tour
arranged by Renee Dee directly after this meeting
10. Historic House Preservation Awards -the BHC chairman met with
the Select Board, which approved the project
11. The Old Mill Site Wall Restoration -the paperwork on `this project is
still not complete but no work likely until next winter.
12. Having a table at Conservation Day in July was discussed but the
time to put it together was deemed too short. The committee plans
to review it later in the year for 2023 Conservation Day
13. The next meeting was schedules for Wednesday June 22, 2022 at
10:00 AM
14. There being no further business the meeting was adjourned at
10:46 AM
