' The Board of Publ is Works of the City of Richmond , Indiana ,
met in regular session at the Toffi ce of said Board Monday
•Octobe r 15th , 1917 •at 9 o clock A. M. the members of
sa id Board being pre sent , Messrs , Bavis , Marla.tt & McMinn.
The following proceedings were had , to-wit :

On motion of Mr. Marlatt, •the Superintendent of City Light
• Plant was directed to place an arc light at corner of -
Southwest "A" & 9th Street .
•
Upon recommendation of City Civil Engineer t following
5% reserves were ordered paid as follows : to-wit :

Improvement Resolution No. 501-1916 , 5% re serve---.$60 .53
Cost of repairs due `Schnei der Bros , 41 .20
Due W. R. Payne , Contractor , .33
Improvement Resolution No. 522-1916 , 5% re serve---$112.00
. Cost of repairs due Schneider Bros , 4.30
•
Due W. R. Payne, Contractor . 70
The Finance Department were directed to pay the above
amounts as specified
