1. The meeting was called to order by the chairman at 10:05 AM via
Zoom
2. Minutes of the previous meeting were deferred until the next
meeting.
3. Evaluation report on old school house to be sent to the building
inspector and conservation trust
4. It was voted that Faythe Ellis represent the BHC on the CPC for the
next threes years
5. Plan to discuss Brewster Historic award at next meeting
6. Patricia agreed to send her draft of the story she prepared for the
Town Warrant to the Cape Codder after the Town meeting
7. Deferred request for further funding for Form B's until next
8. The Old Mill Site Wall Restoration -the paperwork on this project is
still not complete but no work likely until next winter.
