Monday October 8th ,1917 .
The Board of Public Works of the City of Ric mond , Indiana,
met in regular session at the office of said Board Monday
October 8th , 1917 , at 10 oclock A. M. All the members of
said Board being pre sent , TMiessrs , Bay is , Marlatt and McMinn.
The foll owing proceedings were had , to-wit :
The Board received letter from P. 'C. C. & St . L. Ry, , Co . ,
regard to additional tracks laid across North 16th Street ,
vhich v,as referred to the City Civil Engineer.
The Board directed the Finance 1 epartment , to -pay the following
contractors the 5;0 reserves retained on following Improvements ,
Andrews Asphalt Paving Co. , Re so lut ion No . 489-1916 , $192 . 28
W. tt. Payne, Resolution No. 496--1916 , 174 .37.
W. R. Payne , Resolution No. 498 -1916, 19 .00 .
Payrolls of the City were ar.proved up to October 6th , 1917 .
Claims to the amount of 9434 .1r , were allowed & ordered paid .
The Board then adjourned. ,
