met in regular session at the office of said Board Thursday
September 27th , 1917 , at 9 b clock A. M. All the member s
of said Board being present , Messrs , Bavis ; TvIarlatt and
McMinn. The following ,proceedings were had , to-wit
business of any importance before the Board .

The Board approved the appointment of Henry. Fulle ; as Florist
at Glen Miller Park, account of Norman Hoffman, resigned.
