The Board of Public Works of the City of Richmond , Indiana ,
met in regular session 'at the office of said Board Monday
September 24th, 1917 , at 9 o'clock .. M. ..11 the members of
said Board be i.ng present, Me s srs , BayDavis , ivIarla t t and McMinn .
The following . pro ceedi ngs were had , to--wit :The Board approved a final assessment roll in the matter of the
construction of Sewage i)isposal Plant , for the benefit of the
• property. in Glen View Addition at Main & South 23rd Streets ,
under Improvement Resolution No. 542-1917 , as per agreement
fi led, signed by all the property owners & the City of Richmond ,
and directed that the "arm be transmitted forthwith to the
Department of Finance .
Mr . Frank McFail , requested that the Board have one of the roles
removed from the intersection of the alley between North 20th
and 21st Street and first alley north of Main Street running
from North 20 th-to 21st Street , same - was taken under advisement
unti 1 investigation is made of conditions .

The Board ordered the Street Commissioner, to scari fy and roll
West 5th Street, from Richmond Avenue north to Railroad .
The .Board then adjourned•
