The Beard unanimously adopted Improvement Resolution Ido. 471-
1915, providing for the construction of cement sidewalks 6'
ride on hest 7th Street. from the !4-tione1 road to Pearl St.
Pursuant to postponocent, the Board meets to take action on
Improvement Resolution Ido. 465-1915, for the improvement of
Sheridan Street from School Street to Richmond Avenue; By
cons`.ructing a cement curb and paving the roadv,ay v'ith one rf
the £olloring kinds of modern ei ty pavements to -wit Brick -
Concrete - Asphalt - Creosoted Wooden Block. The City Civil
Engineer reports that there are Fifty eat property holders

The Board meets to hear remonstrances, ny, of persons pri-
marily assessed on account of the widen o£ Northwest 7th
Street, from Main Street to the Peacock as provided by
Declaratory aesolution No. 104-1915. Af eaming a1-1 rersone

Board approved a final assessment roll, arming in
the original assessment roll as hereto£ pppoved and direct
the same be transmitted forthwith to Itartment of Finance,
and declare euid street widened as pro in said resolution.
The Board meets to take up the matter ending the wat fee

The Board approved a prinary assessment roll in the matter of
Improvement Resoluti on Ilo. 452-1914 for the construction of
cement sidewalks on North15th Street from Lain to North "B" St.
On mot; on of ;,;r. Marlatt, the Board award the contract for the
trnishing of castino^s necess^ry for the yeer ending April 1st,
1916, to Svrayne, Robinson Z. Co., as per prorosal received on
nPril 1st 1915.
The Board ¢lrroved the cor:trect & bond of A.& C. stone a Lime Co.
for crushed store.
