This meeting will take place fully remotely pursuant to the law signed by Governor Baker on June 16,
2021— An Act Extending Certain COVID49 Measures Adopted During the State of Emergency, which
includes an extension, until March 31, 2023 of the remote meeting provisions of his Executive Order
Suspending Certain Provisions of the Open Meeting Law,

language modifications
D. SBC discussion and vote to reissue RFQ for General Contractors pursuant to MGL c.149 SS
44D '/Z with potential language changes
E. Any other business not anticipated by the Chair
