The Board meets to hear remonstrances if any, of persona primarl- ly assessed, in the matter of benefits & damagee for the conam, nation of ground for the construction and maintaining of a sewer and disposal plant, as provided for by Declaratory Resolution Noe 106-1915. No. one appearing or remontrating, the Board al"m proved a final assessment roll of benefits and damageso ing in all things the original assessmenroll as heretofore t approved, and now direct the sane be transmitted forthwith to the Department of Finance. The Board approved a Plat as laid out by Chas. H. Sell, repreeeot' ing 69 town lots 30. from 1 to 69 inclusive, between Richmond Ave, & peacock Road and thw vest con oration line to s 943.60 It. west, streets & alleys dedicated to public use as shown by said plat. All the members of said Board being present, Mesas, Bavis, larlatt and McMinn. !IM following proceedings were had, to -wit: - The Board met to hear all i:ersons interested or whose p pert 1e affected by Improvement it"Olution Do. 471-1315, for of cement sidewalks 6' wide on both aides of seat 7th Street, from Pearl Street to 3etional Road, after hearing all persons interested who appeared, and carefully considering the request made By Lr. Hoelscher, attorney for H. V. Austin, that the walk be made 5' instead of 6' as called for in said resolut- ion, the Board decides the benefits to property liable tc ed for said improvement are equal to the cost of same a -- by the City Civil Engineer, and thereupon confirm sa`e without modification. The Clerk having reported that in the matter of the i_prcre_t of South 5th Street. from k'ain to South "A" Street, by paving the roadway the full width thereof, with one of the follows kinds of modern city pavements to -wit:- Concrete - Brick -Ae Creoected Wooden Block as provided by Improvement Resolntic: 463-1915. That no resident ovmere whose property abuts on % improvement hav a fi led a peti ti on for any other kind of than brick, an deal gnated by the Board, the said improve lution was in all things confirmed, and said street is c_ improved by paving the same with Peebles Wire Cut Brick, in accord- ance with the plans and specifications heretofore adopted. And now the Board awards the contract for said improvement to Cronin and Meredith at price named in bid submitted therefor on April 26th, 1915, i.e. 31.80 per square ,yard. In the rmtter of re -surfacing West 5th Street, The T.H•L& B.Tractiv Ion Co,, through Lot. A. Gordon, Sup't., verbally agreed to re- streetImborse the City for re -surfacing their right of way along said street, to the amount of the actual cost thereof, Lr. Gordon also agreed to make needed repairs to North 5th Street north of Borth "A" street alogg their tracks. The Board decides to employ Amos Wolfe to gravel Williams Street. The Board approved contract & bond of E. D.
