PUBLIC HEARING

At 6:30 p.rn. Mayor Latta opened the Public Hearing regarding the
arnendrnent to the Annexation Agreernent far Lichtenwalter property
on Route 59.
Planner Waldack stated this site is located on the 188 acre
Lichtenwalter farm located south of Fraser Road on Route 59.
This arnendrnent to the Annexation Agreernent relates to the
obligation the Village has to extend sewer/water to this
property. Since there is no development for this site planned
today, the property owner does not know where they want the stubs
to be placed. Therefore, the .property owner agrees with the
arnendrnent to the agreement which would allow for those extensions
be made at a later date when the owner develops the property. It
was the consensus of the. Board to approve the extension of the
stub for a later date.
W. Sharp moved to adjourn the Public Hearing. Seconded by D.
Gullicksen. Voice vote. 4 yes, 0 no. Motion carried.
