The following proceedings were had, to -wit: -

ter of Improvement Reeoluti on No. 403-1914, as to the aesesemer.•
of Grunite Improvement Company and the P.C.C.& St. L. Rye$ Co.,
and as to report of appraisers filed, arpointed by the Wayne
Circuit Court in said matter, the difference between $2B95.35
assessment originally made, and 31677.50 as made by said apprais -

The Board on motion Pranted E.C.Routh, permission to construct
a driveway across the sidewalk in North "Dee St, at his place of
business between North 6th St, & Ft -Wayne Avenue.
The Board approved the contract & bond of Cronin & Meredith. con-
tractors under Improvement Resolution No. 46-1915.
The Board meets to hear all persons interested or whose property
is affected by the improvement of the alley between North 9th &
loth Street, from North "B" to "C" Street, by constructing cement
roadway as provided for by Improvement Resolution No. 470-1915.
After hearing all persons interested who appeared,(no one aprear-
ing or remonstrating) the Board decide that the benefits to proper-
ty liable to be assessed for said improvements are equal to the
cost of the same as estimated by the City Civil Engineer, there-
upon take final action on acid resolution the same being confirm-
ed without modification.
The matter Of grading Center Street, from 2nd to 5th Street was
referred to the City Civil Engineer.
The provisions of Section 18 of franchise in City of Richmond, Ind.
and Allegheny Gas Co., having been complied with the bond execut-
ed & filed Aug.11th 1913 American Surety Co, of N.Y. Allegher-
re Co, & Richmond Light Heat & Power Co, and on each date ap-
