ORDINANCE NO. 82-1
The City Council of the City of Moab, does hereby ordain as
WHEREAS, at e regularly scheduled meeting of the City Council
on the /,4) day of 1982, after due and careful consideration,
the Council by unanus de.'sion transferred General Funds of $140,000.00
Fund and anticipates the transfer of Revenue
Sharing Funds of $94,650.00 to Capital Improvements Funds, as follows:
