The Board approved a primary assessment roll in the cutter of
widening the alley let south of fleet Main Street, from the alley
between West 3rd & 4th Street to Southwent 4th Street, as provid•
ed for by Declaratory Resolution No. 107-1915.
The City Attorney was directed to employ assistant counsel tc
aseist him in the case non pending in Henry County. Indiana,
entitled Adam H. Bartel Co., vs. City of Richmond, Indiarn.

The fol'owing proceedings Tore had, to -wit:.
The Board meets to hear all persons primarily assossed tr
of the improvement of South "L" Street, by ending & graze=i:g
the roadway and constructing cement sidewalcs, curb &putters on
both sides of street, from South 15th to 16th Street, as provide
by Improvement Resolution No. 428_191i. After hearing all person:.
interested who appwared,(No one appearing or remonstrating) the
Board approved a final assessment roll as heretofore approved &
now direct that the same be trawmitted forthwith to the Department
of Finance.
The Board meets to hear remonstrances, if any, of persons primar-
ily asseored on account of construction of Sanitary & Storm water
sewer combined In IsStreet, from llth to Uth Street, as pro-
vided for by Improvement hosolution No. 445-1915, the Board post-
poned further acti on on said assessment roll until Thursday May
27th, 1915.
A peition was presented for the conntruction of cement sidewalk
on west side of South loth Street, from Park Place to South "C"
Street, on account of only 2 resident owners having petitioned
for same the petition wus referred back to the petitioners.
A peition was presented signed by J.F.Cronin & John ".wissler
Directors of the Ynights of Columbus for permission to tap into
and lay a sewer under private contract across Borth 5th Street
near the corner of Main Street the petition was granted, Provid-
ed the petitioners construct said sewer with proper inlets and
size for the use of the City Building & Jail and allow the City
to use the same.
The Board received petition signed by 14 resident property owners
residing on 6th Street between south "A" St, & Ft -Wayne Ave, re-
questing that said street be paved with Peebles Wire Cut Brick
between the points named in accordance with bids receivedfor iavestiid
paving on gray 13th, 1915, referred to City engineer,
for 1� ti on.

Improvement Resolution Iio. 45:-1915.
