A peition was presented signed by J.F.Cronin & John ".wissler Directors of the Ynights of Columbus for permission to tap into and lay a sewer under private contract across Borth 5th Street near the corner of Main Street the petition was granted, Provid- ed the petitioners construct said sewer with proper inlets and size for the use of the City Building & Jail and allow the City to use the same.
