The Board of Public Worke of the City of Richmond, Indiana, met in regular session at the office of said Board Monday 24th, 1915. at 9 o'clock A. 1.1. All the members of said Boarly being present, Messrs, Bavis, Marlatt and McMinn. The following proceedings were had, to -wit: - The Board approved the contract & bond of Elmer S. Smith, in the matter of installing gasoline dispenser in fron of 4^6Ira!, Street. The Board approved the contract & bond of Dafler-Moser cc in the matter of installing i^,isoline dispenser in front of Ft -Wayne Ave., A petition was presented signed by Amos L. Wolfe, to open and extend the alley between Sherman & Vine Street, from 1st alley west of Shetidan Street to west line of Lot Ho. 1 & 12, Tho-; Addition; Also for the opening of Vine Street from west if - of street over & across part of Tract No, 78, Official Mal, the alley running north & south let east of Boyer Street, refer red to City Civil Engineer, The City Civil Engineer reported the completion of c04tract under Improvement Resolution No, 435.1915, for the constructie: of cement sidewalks 5' wide and curb & gutter on both sides of Williams Street from Boyer to Northwest 2nd Street. The Board accepted the same and ordered an aosessment roll prepared. Be Slick, being the lowest and within the estimate of the City Civil Engineer, the contract was awarded to said F• E• Slick. Mr. John F. Hipskind, contractor bidding on Asphalt, ask that the Board have a public hearing on paving North "A" Street from 5th to 16th Street, the Board decided to meet rith con- tractors and any person interested on said improvement on to- morrow May 25th, at 8 30 O'clock A. ;,;, The.
