Mayor Latta opened the meeting at 7:05 p.m. with the pledge to the
flag.
Mayor Latta reported this is a Special Meeting for the sole purpose
of holding a closed session regarding personnel.
Roll call was taken, all members were present, (J. Ray arrived at
7:35 p.m.).
J. Dement moved to adjourn into Executive Session to reconvene.
Seconded by d. Gullicksen. Voice vote. 5 yes, 0 no. Motion
carried.

D. Gullicksen moved to adjourn the meeting, (Workshop to
immediately fallow). Seconded by M. Lambert. Voice vote. 6 yes,
0 no. Motion carried.
