The following proceedings rare had, to -wit: - Pursuant to postponement to this date, the Board meets to hear remonstrances, if any, of persons primarily assessed on acc- of the construction of Storm Rater & Sanitary Sewer combine: vain Street, from llth to 1^th Street, as provided for by Improvement Recoluti on No. 445-1915. No one appearing or re struting the Board approved a final assessment roll for safe sewer and now direct the same be transmitted forthwith to t' Department of Finance. The Board approved the contract & bond of Mather Be Kelsey, contractor dnder Improvement Resolution No. 466.1915, The City Civil Engineer, reported that in the matter of the im- provement of Forth 5th Street, by paving the roadway with one of the kinds of modern pavements to -wit:- Concrete - Brick - Asphalt - Creosoted Wooden Block, from Main to North "A" Street as provided by Improvement Resolution Ho. 443-1915. That no resi- dent owner whose property abuts on said improvement have filed a retiti on for any other kind of material than brick, as desig- nated by the Board the said improvement resolution was in all things confirmed and said street is ordered to be improved by Paving the same with Peebles pure Cut Brick, in accordance with the plans and specifications heretofore adopted. And now the Board awards the contract for said improvement to F. Be Slick, at price named in bid supmdtted therefor on May 13th, 1915, $1.79 911.OV per square yard. The City Civil Engineer having reported, in the ratter of ti:e improvement of South & Borth 6th Street, by paving the roadway with one of the modern 'rinds of pavements to -wit:- Concrete - Brick - asphalt - Creosoted Flooden Block, from South "A" Street to Ft -Wayne Avenue, under Improvement Resolution No. 444.19159 that 17. out of the 20 resident free holders whose property abuts upon "aid ro osed improvement have signed the petition for the Paving of said street with Concrete, ani that being a majority of such free ha dare the prayer of the petitioners ie granted, and quid Improvement Resolution No. 444-1915, herefoie a adopted, is in all things confirmed & approved, said eireet as hereby the ordered improved by paving with Concrete. now the Board Plans and specifications heretofore adoe with pted.
