The following proceedings were had, to -wit;.
The Board alproved the contracts and bonds of the following
named Contractora under Improvement Resolutions named, to -wit;
F. a, Slick, contractor under Improvement Resolution 44".J1 ,5•
Bar ding05lattery & Buchannan, contractors under Improvement
Resolution IIo, 444-1915,
Cronin & Meredith, contractors, under Improvement Resolution
No. 454.1915,
P, Be Slick, contractor, under Improvement Reeolution No. 471-
19150
A petition was presented, signed by Chas. Borton, et -al, ."or
Sanitary Sewer in the alley 1st south of Charles Street, from
Borthweat ?nd Street to the west terminal of the alley, referred
to City Civil Engineer.
A petiti on signed by 25 resident free holders, whose property
abuts on North "A" Street, from Borth 5th to 16th Street, was
received, requesting that said street be improved as provided
therefor under Improvemont Resolution No. 441-1915, by paving
the roadway between the points named, with Trinidad Pitch Lake
Asphalt, using 1" binder and 112" top,
The City Civil Engineer reported in the matter of the Improve-
ment of the roudway of Borth "A" Street, under Improvement Reeo-
luti on No. 441-1915 that 25 out of 29 resi Sent free holders
whose property abuts upon said prorosed improvement have signed
the petition for the said raving of said street with Trinidad
Lake Sheot Asphalt, using 1" binder & lY" top, and that being
a majority of such free holders, the ps3er of Bald petltiaaere
is granted, and Improvement iiesclutio❑ IIo. 441-1)15, heretofore
adopted, is in all things approved and confirmed, said street
is hereby ordered improved wi th Trinidad Lake Sheet Asphalt in
accordance vd th plans & specs fications heretofore adopted. And
on mot! on of Mr. McMinn the contract was awarded toTeme Andrews
Asphalt Paving Co, forathe construction of said improve
with Asphalt, as petitioned for at the price named in bid sub-
mitted therefore ay 20th, 1316, d $1.Bo per enuare yard•
