The Board of Public -Norkn of the city of Richmond Indiana ana,
met in regular Bassi on at the office of Thursday
July ?2nd, 191.5, at 9 o'clock A. 1.'. All themembersof Bald
Board being prenent, Siesers, Bevis, Idariatt and 1'e1tinn.
The following proceedings were had to -wit: -
The Street Commissioner was directed to re-bowlder the putters
on South "E" Street at 15th & 16th Streets.
The Board approved contract & bond, for installation of a Gaso-
line, 'Rater & Air DiBpeneer, in front of 44 Borth 7th Street,
under the name of "Auto Place and Richmond Garage", signed by
Horace J. Grim as principle and William W. Zimmerman as surety.
The Board meets to hear all.:persons interested or whose property
is affected by the construction of a sanitary sewer in the alley
let west of Sheridan Street, from Laurel Street to the let alley
north under Improvement Resolution 110, 461-1915. After hearing
all persona interested who appeared (No one appearing). The Board
decides that the benefits to property liable to be assessed for
said improvement are equal to the cost of the same as reported
by the City Civil Engineer, and thereupon tgkes final action on
said resolution, the same being confirmed without modification.
The Board approved a primary assessment roll in the matter of
the construction of cement sidewalk, curb & gutter on both sides
Of South 19th Street, from Main to South "A" Street, as provided
under Improvement Resolution Roo 431-1914•
The Board approved a primary assessment roll in the matter of the
construction of cement curb & gutters on both sides of South 8th
Street, from South "H" to "J" Street, as provided for under
Improvement Resolution No. 448-1915•
The Board approved a primary assessment roll in the matter of
construction of cement sidewalks in South 23rd Street, from ifs in
Street to soutp corporation line on east side of street, and
from Main to South "A" Street on west side of street, as provided
under Improvement Resolution No. 457-19150

struction of 5' cement sidewalk on west side of NW- 2nd Street
from Lincoln Street to Richmond Avonue, as P
