The Board approved contract & bond of LeRoy Little, to install a "Bowser Red Sentry Gasoline Dispenser" at his grocery on east side of Weet 5th Street near the corner of Lincoln and said 5th Street. The Board decides that the property owners who have tapped the sewer constructed in north 9th Street from Main to North "A" Street be assessed at the rate of 60r per front foot of their property. The Board approved a final assessment roll in the matter of the construction of sewer in North 2nd Street, from Johnson Street north across the C, & 0.
