At 5:35 p.m. Mayor Latta opened the continued meeting of April 5,
1993.
Roll call was taken, all members were present.
J. Dement moved to adjourn into Executive Session to consider
information regarding the appointment and employment of an employee
or officer. Seconded by M. Lambert. Vote by roll call.

Rock, yes. 5 yes, 0 no. Motion carried.
