The Board of Public Works of the City of Richmond, Indiana
met in regular seBeion at the office of said Board, Thursday
September 9th0 1?15, at 9 o'clock A. M. All the members of geld

The following proceedin�o Aare had, to -wit; -

The Board approved the contract & bond of A, ears:", Coel
Supply Co., for the furnishing of coal to 7i• 6, ; & P•
for the year ending July 15th, 1916.
The Board grunted Alton Cor, permission to ccr.et:wct under pr.-

The Board approved a primary assessment roll in the matter of
the improvement of the alley between South 7tb & 8th Street,
by constructing a sewer therein from "C" Street to a point about
330' sclith & cement roadway from "C" at, to a point about 530'
South of said "C" Street, under Improvement Resolution Noe 4'17-
1915,
The Board approved a primary assessment roll for the construct-
