The Boer'd of lublic Yorks of the City of icichcond Indiana,
met in regular session at the office of said Boi Monday
September 20th, 19159 at 9 o'clock A, M, All the 4 konda cf
said Board being present, Messrs, Bavis, AllXartheatt and err na.
The following proceedings were had, to_wit:_
The Board approved the contract d bond in the =after of per_is-
sion granted B. F. Albright, to install a weldez Gasoline Lis-

Upon petition of Mrs. A. D. kendenhall, the Board adopted De-
claratory Resolution 3o, 111.1915, to vacate 12 feet off of
both sides of what Is known as Znollenberg's Lane, from west 5th
to 7th Street.

The Clerk was directed to advertise for bide for furnishing
lumber to re -floor the Doran Bridge; Also for laying the floor:
For scraping and painting Doran Bridge; for re-ehingleing the
bridge in happy hollow across the west fork; also to patch roof
on bridge across the east fork, material and labor bide to be
received as distinct unite, and bide submitted to be on each
unit,
The Board approved tpe various pay -rolls of city to Sep. 16"19159
Claims to the amount of $2082.37 were allowed and ordered paid,
