City of Richmond, Indiana,
Monday July 30 th,1917.
- The Board of Public Works of the City of Richmond, Indiana,
met in regular session at the office of said Board Monday
July 30th, 1917, at 9 o'clock A. M. All the members of said
Board being present , Messrs , Bavis , Marlatt and McMinn.
The following proceedings were had , to-wit :-
The Board approved. a primary assessment roll in the matter
of the improvement . of North "F" Street , by paving the roadway -
with Peebles ?Dire Cut Brick, and constructing the necessary
curb & gutter on both sides of street , from North 10th to I/
15th' Street.,under Improvement. Resolution No. 527-1917 .
The Board then adjourned,

Thursday August 2nd , 1917.
The Board of Public Works of the City of Richmond , Indiana ,
met in regular session at the office of said Board Thursday
August 2nd , 1917 , at 9 o' clock A. M. All the members of
said Board being present , Messrs, Bavis , Marlatt & McMinn.
The following proceedings were had , to-wit :-
On motion of Mr. Marlatt, the Sup't . , of City Light Plant
was directed to install two incandescent lights across
municipal bathing pool just below the Dam at Morton Lake.
The permission was granted to property owners or residents
between North 8th. & 9th Street, & North "E" St , and Elm
Place , to install light in alley between North 8th & 9th
Street , between North "D" Street & Elm Place , at their
expense and to keep the same in good repair and furnish
the lamps at' all times, the city to furnish current . .
On motion Mr. Bevis , was granted vacation for week or 10
days , beginning August 4th , 1917 .
The Board then adjourned,
