Thursday July 26 th,1917 .
The Board of Public Works of the City of Richmond , Indiana ,
• met in regular session at the office of said Board Thursday
July 26th , 1917 , at 9 o'clock A. M. The following membe rs of
said Board being present , Messrs , Bavis & Marlatt , absent
Mr. McMinn, two members' being present ,' the following proceed-
ings were had , to-wit :
The Board meets to hear remonstrances, if any, of persons pri-
marily assessed on account of construction of cement roadway
in alleybbetween South 9th & 10th Street , from South "F" to
"G" Street , under Improvement Resolution No. 536-1917 . No one
appearing or remonstrating , the Board approved a final assess-
ment roll confirming in all things the original assessment roll
as heretofore approved, and now direct the same be transmitted
forthwith to the Department of Finance .
The City Civil Engineer, reported the completion of contract of
Jas. S. Logan, for the painting of the North 10th Street bridge
the same was accepted and bill of $450 .00, ordered paid , con-
, tract price .
The City Civil Engineer, reported the completion of contract
under Improvement Resolution No. 527-1917 , for the paving of
North "F" Street , with brick, constructing cement curb, gutter
where necessary & storm water sewer , from North 10th to 15th
Street, the same was on motion accepted, and assessment roll
ordered prepared.
The Street Commissioner, was directed to repair the gutters in
North 12th Street, from North "F" Street to railroad .
The Sup't . , of Light Plant , was directed to wire the pump house
in Glen Miller Park, and place a light on top of post at said
pump house . •

The Board then adjourned,
