Thursday July 19th ,1917.
The Board of Public Works of the City of Richmond , Indiana,
met in regular session at the office of said Board Thursday
July 19th , 1917 , at 9 o'clock A. M. Alltthe members of said
Board being pre sent , Messrs, Bavis , Marlatt and McMinn.
The following-proceedings were had , to-wit : •

The Board directed the Superintendent of City Light Plant ,
to install an arc lamp at National Road. and. West 8th Street .

The Board. of Public Works of the City of Richmond , Indiana,
met in regular session at the office of said Board Monday
July 23rd , 1917 , at 9 o' clock A. M. The following members of
• said Board being present , Messrs , Bavia and McMinn. Absent ,
Mr. Marlatt. Two members being present, the following pro •

ceedings were had , to-wit :-
The Board approved-a primary assessment roll, of benefits
and damages in the matter of vacating the 1st alley south
of South "A" Street , from South 4th Street , east to the al®
ley running north & south between South 4th & 5th Street ,
as provided by Declaratory Resolution No. 117-1917 , as
modified on Monday July- 16th , 1917 , and the Board fix the
16th day of August , 1917 , for hearing remonstrances against
said assessments.
Claims to the amount of $4722.92 , were allowed and ordered
paid. `
The. Board then adjourned,
