Thursday July 19th ,I917.
The Board of Public Works of the City of Richmond , Indiana,
met in regular session at the office of said Board Thursday
July 19th , 1917 , at 9 o'clock A. M. - All' the members of said
Board being present , Mes era , Bavis , Marlatt and McMinn.
The following-proceedings were had , to..wit : -
The Board directed the Superintendent of City Light Plant ,
to install an arc lamp at National Road and West 8th Street .

The Board of Public Works of the City of Richmond , Indiana,
met in regular session at the office of said Board Monday
July 2.3rd , 1917 , at 9 o' clock A. M. The following members of
said Board being pre sent , Messrs , Bavis and McMinn. Absent ,
Mr. Marlatt. Two members being present, the following pro -
ceed ings were had , to-wit :-
The Board approved a primary assessment roll, of benefits
and damages in the matter of vacating the 1st alley south
of South "A" Street , from South 4th Street , east to the al®
ley running north & south between South 4th & 5th Street ,
as provided by Declaratory Resolution No. 117-1917 , as
modified on Monday July 16th , 1917 , and the Board fix the
16th day of August , 1917 , for hearing remonstrance against
said. assessments.
Claims to the amount of 34722.92 , were allowed and ordered •
paid. '
The Board then adjourned,
