MEMBERS OF BOARD PRESENT: MAYOR LATTA, W. SHARP, J. DEMENT, R.
ROCK, D. GULLICKSEN, J. RAY, M. LAMBERT.

J. HARVEY - ATTORNEY

H. HAMILTON - ENGINEER
At 7:00 p.m. Mayor Latta opened the meeting with the pledge to the
flag.
Roll call was taken, all members were present.
After some discussion, it was the consensus of the Board to cancel
the Workshop on the Zoning Ordinance Update scheduled for this
evening and reschedule for November 23, 1992.
M. Lambert moved to adjourn into Executive Session on pending
litigation and personnel to reconvene. Seconded by J. Dement.
Voice vote. 6 yes, 0 no. Motion carried.
