Monday July 2nd, 1917 .
The Board of Public Works of the City of Richmond , Indiana ,
met in regular session at the office of said Board Monday
July 2nd , 1917 , at 10 o' clock A. fvi. All the members of said
Board being pre sent , Mes srs , Bay is, Mar iatt and McMinn.
The following-proceedings were had , to-wit : -
The Board adopted a primary assessment roll for the construct-
ion of a cement roadway in the alley between South 9th & 10th
Street , from South "F" to "G" Street , under Improvement Reso-
lution No. 536-1917
The Board directed the City Civil Engineer, to order 10 bar-
rels of Tarvia X for repair work .•
The Board approved a plat representing 8 town lots , to be
known as Albert W. Gregg's, Sub-Division, being a part of
Hermon Swicker' s Addition, on west side of South 7th Street
from South "L" Street north , the alley north of Lot 1, is
dedicated to the city for public use .
