The Board: of Public Works of the City of Richmond , Indiana,
met in regular session at . the office of said Board: Monday
May 28 th, 1917 , at 9 o' clock A. M. The following members of
said Board being present Messrsd Bavis and Marlatt, Absent ,
Mr. McMinn. Two membe rs being pre sent , the following pro-
ceedings were had , to®wit :The. Board unanimously adopted Improvement Resolution No. 543-
1917, To construct a Sewer in place of the present open drain
leading from hear the east end. of Main Street bridge to the
ri ver.
The Board award contract to The Indian Refining Company for
furnishing the City wi th 20,000 gallons more or less of road
oil atprice named in bid submitted therefor on May 2.4th,1917 .
