The Board of Public Works of the City of Richmond, Indi ana ,
met in regular session at the office of said Board Thursday
May 10th , 1917 , at 9 o clock A. M. All the membe rs of said '
Board being present, Messrs , Bavis, Mar 1att and McMinn.'
The following proceedings *ere had , to -wit : -
The Board approved the contract & bond. of Schneider Bros. ,
contractors under Improvement Resolution No. 536-1917 ,
Also Improvement Resolution No. 538-1917.
The Board directed the Clerk to advertise for bids for road
oil for oiling streets , same amount and under same specs fi -
cations used in 1916.
