The Board of Public Works of the City of Richmond , Indiana,
met in regular session at the office of said Board Thursday
April 19th , 1917 , at 9 0' ci ock A. M. The following members
of said Board being present , Messrs , Bavis , arid McMinn,
Absent ,Mr. Marlatt, Two members being present , the following
proceedings were had , to-wit : -
A petiti on was presented for the construction of cement side-
walk on east si de of Northwest 7th Street, from Pearl Street
to the Peacock Road , on account' of unmade street , the Board
takes same under advi sement.
The Board meets to hear all pefsons interested, or whose
property is affected by the improvement of North "D" Street ,
by constructing a cement sidewalk on north side of street ,
from North 8th Street to P:ort` WaynezAvenue, under Improve-
ment Resolution No. 538-1917. No one appearing or remonstrat-
ing
against said improvement, the Board decides that the bene-
fits to property liable to be assessed for said improvements
are equal to the cost of same as reported by the City Civil
Engineer, and thereupon takes final action on said resolution
the same being confirmed without modificati on.
The Board then adjourned,
