Special Meeting
DATE: June 29, 1989 AT: Village Hall
MEMBERS PRESENT: M. Latta, D. Lewin, W. Sharp, J. Dement,
J. Gaylord.
ALSO PRESENT: M. Pusinelli, Village Administrator
C. Dania, Deputy Clerk
Mayor Latta called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.rn. Roll call was
taken. L. Kelly, D. Gullicksen were absent.
This meeting is for Appropriation Ordinance transfer of funds for
1988-89.
M. Pusinelli stated some items may or may not be over the appropriated
amount. In order to make certain the Village does not spend more than
appropriated, staff recommends a transfer of funds in certain accounts.
W, Sharp moved to direct staff to delete the amounts listed from the
state of accounts on the memo dated June 27, 1989, and add the amounts
listed to the state of accounts. Seconded by J. Dement. Vote by
roll call.
Lewin, yes; Sharp, yes; Dement, yes; Gaylord, yes; Latta, yes.
5 yes, 0 no. Motion carried.
