Public Hearing
DATE: June 26, 1989 AT: Village Hall
BOARD MEMBERS PRESENT: M. Latta, W. Sharp, J. Dement, J. Gaylord,
D. Gullicksen, L. Ke11y, D. Lewin.
ALSO PRL"SENT: M. Pusinelli, Village Administrator
P. Waldock, Village Planner
C. Janice, Deputy Clerk
Mayor Latta called the meeting to order at 9:25 p.m. Roll call was taken.
This is a public hearing regarding the Appropriation Ordinance.
M. Pusinelli explained that the Appropriation Ordinance is appropriating
money so that if there is an emergency in a particular line item that
amount of money can be spent. This is not saying we are going to
spend this money. It is simply appropriating funds so these funds are
available to be spent. The total is $21,163,439.00 which is roughly
the same as last year. This is a 10-month appropriation. The fiscal
year ends April 30, 1990.
There were no comments from the audience.
w. Sharp moved to adjourn the public hearing. Seconded by J. Gaylord.
Voice vote. 6 yes, 0 no. Motion carried.

Executive Session began at 6:35 p.m.
Those present on roll were Mayor Latta, J. Dement, D. Gullicksen,
L. Kelly, J. Gaylord, D. Lewin and W. Sharp. Others present were
M. Pusinelli, Village Administrator and P. Waldock, Village Planner.
Two interviews were conducted by the President and Soard of Trustees
for the position of Building and Zoning Officer.
Salary classification for Village employees were discussed by the
President and Board of Trustees.
Executive Session ended at 9:21, p.m.
