At 7:00 p.m. Mayor Latta opened the continued meeting for the
puxpose of Annexation Agreements for Parks I and Parks II, and
add minutes for Public Hearing April 3, 1989 and Regular Meeting
of April 3, 1989.
Roll call was taken, K. Callanan, L. Kelly and D. Gullicksen were
absent.
J. Bootz moved to table Parks I and Parks IT due to a lack of a
quorum. Seconded by D. Lewin. Voice vote. 3 yes, 0 no. Motion
carried.
J. Bootz moved to approve the minutes for the Public Hearing of
April 3, 19$9 (continued from 3/20/89) and Regular Meeting of
April 3, 1989. Seconded by j. dement. Voice vote. 3 yes, 0 no.
Motion carried.
D. Lewin moved to adjourn to reconvene after Workshop a,n case
another Board Member is able to attend. Seconded by J. Dement.
Voice vote. 3 yes, 0 no. Motion carried.
