PUBLIC HEARING

Mayor Latta opened the Public Hearing at 7:30 p.m.
Roll call was taken, all members were present.
Planner Waldock spoke in reference to the Annexation Agreement for
the Regganie property. This property is located along Route 30 at
the intersection of Lily Cache Plaza known as Lot #45 on the plat.
This property was a residence, but was converted into an office.
The Annexation Agreement is similar to other agreements along
Route 30. There are some changes staff recommends: on page 9,
paragraph J should specify a two (2) year time period to provide
sewer and water service to the subject site; and on page 5,
Article VI remove Restaurant with parking lot and sign, insert
Professional Offices and other uses permitted under B-3 Business
District Zoning Classifications.
Planner Waldock reported because we have not received a typed
Annexation Agreement for the Bill Jacobs property, staff is
recommending it be tabled until April 17, 1989.
K. Callahan moved to adjourn the Public Hearing. Seconded by D.
Gullicksen. Voice vote. 6 yes, 0 no. Motion carried.
