KELLY, J. DEMENT, D. GULLICKSEN, J. BOOTZ, D. LEWIN, K. CALLANAN OTHERS PRESENT: M. PUSINELLI - ADMINISTRATOR V. &RNAC - VILLAGE CLERK J. HARVEY - ATTORNEY P. WALDOCK - PLANNER D. BENNETT - POLICE CHIEF Mayor Latta opened the Public Hearing at 7:30 p.m. Roll call was taken, all members were present. Mayor Latta stated the purpose of this Public Hearing is the purposed Annexation Agreement between the Village of Plainfield and the following property owners: Bruce McMullin, JoAnn Chobar, Thomas T. & Edith I. Collins I, Thomas T. & Edith 1. Collins II, Bernard & Viola Hayes, Tyrone Q. & Wendy Lee, E. Fern Clark, Roderick F. & Olga L. Baker & Roderick F. Baker III, First National Bank of Lockport/Trust #72-11800 (Korens Motors - A), First National Bank of Lockport/Trust #72-11800 (Koren B). We have also published for two (2) more Annexation Agreements for Bill Jacobs and Louis Regganie, due to not having finalized documents for these properties, we will continue this hearing to April 3, 1989., Planner Waldock reported each of the annexation agreements are similar but have same differences relating to each property. The western segment of the annexation area is the McMullin property of which 140 acres is to remain Residence A, single-family, and the northern 60 acres will be zoned B-3. The Fern Clark property will be zoned B-3 and the remaining parcels will be zoned B-4. Mayor Latta stated this has taken almost two (2) years effort by the Village Board, Village Staff and the property owners to come to this point. C • • PLAINFIELD VILLAGE BOARD OF TRUSTEES MARCH 20, 1989 PAGE TWO Attorney Harvey stated the next step after the Board is in the position to act upon any Agreements at tonights regular board understanding that this Public Hearing will 3rd for Bill Jacobs, which is now held Exchange Corporation, and the Louis Regganie this Public Hearing, or all the Annexation meeting. It's my be continued to April by American Deferred property. L. Kelly moved to continue this Public Hearing to April 3, 19$9 at 7:30 p.m. with the intent to discuss the Bill Jacobs and Louis Regganie Annexation Agreements. Seconded by J. Dement.
