The Boat1^approved a primary assessment roll in the matter of
the construction of a sanitary sewer in the let alley south
of Charles Street, from Northwest 2nd Street to west terminal
of alley, as provided under Improvement tecoluti on No. 47e•ie'aq
It having been reported that the approach to the temporary
bridge across the river at Horth 12th Street, was in a danger•
ous condition, and the Board having been advised that it is
the City's place to look after the same, the Board decide to
visit the site and investigate present conditions and report
back at the next meeting.

this matter was referred to the Legal Department,
The Board meets to hear remonstrances, if any, of persons primari-
ly assessed on account of improvement of alley between South 7th
& 8th Street, by constructing a sewer from South "C" Street to a
point 330' south, and cement roadway, from South "C" Street to a
point about 5308 south, as provided under Improvement Resolution
No. 447-1915. After hearing verbal remonstrance from Those 'essup
the Board takes the same under advisement, and continues final
hearing on same to October 7th, 1915, at 9 o'clock A. I!,
The Board meets to hear remonstrances, 11 any, of persons primari-
ly assessed on account of construction of cement roadway in the
alley between South 7th & 8th Street, from South "A" to "B" St,
under Improvement Resolution No. 452-191b,(which hearing was con-
tinued from the meeting of September lath., 1915, until certain
defects were remedied by contractor). No one appearing or remon-
strating, the Board approved a final assessment roll, confirming
the original assessment roll heretofore approved, and now direct
the same be transmitted forthwith to the Department of Fin5
The Board meets to hear remonstrances, if any of persons p.:-
ily aesesaed on account of construction of sanitary sewer in the
let alley north of South "A" Street, from South 5th to 6th Street
under Improvement Resolution No. 480-1915. No one appearing or
remonstrating, the Board approved a final assessment roll andn
firming the priginal assessment roll heretofore apP
rovedlnow the Board direct the same be transmitted forthwith to the
Department of Finance.
The Board unanimously adopted Improvement Resolutionorth 9th Stoo 15,
for Installation of Ornamental Lighting Systems

ties for bide for said installation completes
