The Board received bids for cleaning & painting the iron wc,i
on Doran Bridge, as follows to -wit: -

Cleaning & applying one coat of paint $939.60, second coatci

The Board ,received bide for re -flooring Doran Bridge, as per

The bid of Levi U. Jones, being the only bid received, the
contract was so awarded.
The Board received bids for placing new shingle roof on Bridge
in Happy Hollow, as follows, to -wit;-

The Board of Public Works of the City of nichWond, Indiana,
met in regular session at the office of said Board Indiana,
October 4th, 1915, at ! o clock A. L% All the mecbere of said

Board being present, IJessre, Bavis, larlatt and McMinn.
The following proceedings were had, to -wit: -
The Board approved the contract & bond of Levi k. Jones, for
shingling ro.f on bridge, and laying floor cn Doran bridge.
The Board directed theFinance Department to pay contractors
Cronin & bleredith, the following amount of reserves due on the
following contracts, Improvement Resolution No. 366-1912, for
paving with brick, Iieff St, from Ave, to N.6th St Also North
6th St, from ^D" to railroad with necessavy curb L gutters 3244.0:,
Improvement Resolution No. 406-1114, for paving with brisk North
7th St, from "A" St, to Ft -Wayne Ave., 3389.96,
The Board unanimously adopted Improvement Resolution No. 446-lelb
for construction of Sanitary Sewer, in the territory west of Sout?
west 7th Street, between West L',ain Street & the National Road and
Disposal Plant, as follows, (here insert)
