The Board of Public „orks of the City of iichmond, Indiana
met in regular session at theoffice of said Board, Thareday
October 14th, 191b, at 9 o'clock A. 11. All the members of ea°�
Board being present, Messrs, Bavis, Marlatt and McMinn,
The following proceedings were had, to-rit:-
The Board meets to hear remonstrances, if any, of persons t.:.
marily assessed on account of the construction of a sanitar,

The Board on motion accepted improvement of Sheridan Street,
Richmond Avenue to School Street, by constructing concrete::>:
way with intergral curls, between the points named, under
prcvement Resoluticn No. 472-1915. and approved a primary E=:ra
ment roll for said improvement.
A petition signed by 80 property owners for installation o.` =
street lighting system along the curb in front of property;=
both aides of Bain Street, between 7th & loth Streets; else :=
Worth & South 6th Street from South "A" to North "A" Stree..'=
received, on account of ,oker in statutes covering this que
the petition was ordered placed on file.

The following proceedings were had, to -wit!.
The Board approved a plat of 6 tort lots, from No. 1 to and in-
cluding Now 69 the same being a Sub -Division of the west end c--
Tracts No* 594 & 595 of the Official Map of the City of cirhoond
Indiana, laid out by Eliza D. R. L'endenhall, proprietor, and to be
known as William gendenhall S, Addition, with the right to con-
struct & maintain a sewer over and across said addition, & the
tracts east thereof for drainage of said ground & West 7th Street.
.he Board received bids for installing ornamental lighting system
in North 9th Street, from Uain to North "A" Street, under Improve-
ent Resolution No. 462-1315, as follows, to -wit: -
"The Sun Vapor & Gas Street Light Co. Bid;
?osta only f,o.b•Canton Ohio, pressed steel posts, running from
1_601 to 360$ in weight, ranging in price from to $25.53.

Is beg to submit our bid for installation of 15 boulevard lights
on North 9th St, between Wn & North "A" Street, as per epecifl-
cations & blue prints sukmitted by the City. The specifications
do not stipulate any particular post, therefore we are submitting
cur bid basing same on the George Cutter Company's capital post
30*220950 we are also submitting prices on other designs of poste,
and if some other design is preferred the price of the contract
should be varied in accordance with the price of the poet.
Installation of the 4 ampere hagnatite Arc lamp of the General
