October 25th, 1915, at 9 o'cldok A. M. The following members
of said Board being present, .Messrs. Bavis and MoMlnn, Abeer:

proceedings were had, to -wit: -
The Board unproved a plat representing 50 town lots, numbered 1
from 1 to 50 inclusive, laid out by Ma rgarett Be Charles, end
dedicated a strip of ground Z6' wide in Glen Miller Park, an
the north of said plat; running east & west,
The Board alproved the bill of Levi M. Jones, contractor for
re -flooring Doran Bridge, in the sum of 4302*80 in addition
to #1NC.CC al'_cwed on October 218t, l-4lb; Also bill for labor
in repairin bridge in nappy Ho'_low known. as Gaar Bridge in
the sum of i14.75,
A bill was presented by the Richmond Light, Heat & Power Co.,
for the city's half of 76 poles installed or purchased by ea'.d
comparW, 23 of these poles being in dispute, the Clerk was
directed to request idr. Ns H. Jognson, Manager, to take this
matter up with dup't., of City Plant for investigation and ea::F
factory adjustment.
The Board then adjorned,
