Indiana met in regular session at the office of said Board Monday November let, 1915, at 9 o'clock A. Y. The following members Board being present, Messrs, Bavis and L`cMinn, Absent of said two members of said Board being present, the fol- Mr, iiarlatt, ,owing proceedings were had, to -wit:- The Board approved the contract & bond of the Richmond Electric Company, for the installati on of an ornamental lighting system in North 9th Street, from Main to North "A" Street, Resolution No. 482-1915. The Board re-newed the lease of Charles D. Fetzer, grantingh-e the privilege & right to sell refreshments etc., in Glen Miller Park for a period of 5 years from November 1st, 1915, for the sum bf $501.00 per year (see contract) The Board directed the Finance Department to Tay the 5N reserves due, bn the following named contractors under Improvement Re- solutions numbered as follows:- F. E. Slick, 307-1913, $162.06; 365-19139 $57.50. Nolte & Thompson, 420-1914, f4350.15; 422-1914, 372.32. W, R. Payne, 404-1914, '62.10; 411-1914, ,238.71. John F. Hipekind, 384-1913, v1,089.43. Mather B. Kelsey, 426-1914, ,y417.64. The Clerk was directed to prepare appropriation ordinanceic sum of 4200.00, for 2nd coat of paint for Doran Bridge. The Board unites with the rayor, in requesting the COMO" Cc^Y oil to visit the health exhibit at East Main Street Friends Church, this evening after adjournment. Starre, Addition, between North llth & 12th Street, under the supervision of the City Civil Engineer. The Board meets to hear remonstrances, if any, of persons pri- marily asseS3ed on account of the improvec.eat of Sheridan Sto by constructing concrete roadway with intergral curb, from Richmond Ave, to School Street, under Improvement Resolution No. 472-1915. No one appearing or remonstrating against said assessment, the Board take final action on same, and thereupon approved a final assessment roll as heretofore arproved, and now direct the same be transmitted forthwith to the Department of Finance. The Board order the second coat of paint applied on the Doran Bridge under the terms and contract of James S. Logan, and directed the sum of v900.00, be paid to said J. S. Logan for cleaning and let coat of paint applied on said bridge. In the matter of bill rendered the City for one half of certa°c Poles owned jointly by the Richmond Lights Heat & Po?,er Co., and the M. E. L. & P, p, p/Ai for by the said R.L.H, & P. co" _The Sup, to. of City Plant was directed to meet witlo the R.L. H. & PiCo., Sup't., and investigate the poles in question & get ths matter finally settled. The Sup' t., of City Light Plant was instructed to purchase 8 new Are Lamps. The Finance Department was directed to change the amount of th^ assessment against Fredk. C.
