The Board of Public works of the City of Richmond, Indiana,
met in regular session at the office of said Board Monday
November 8th, 19159 at 9 o'clock A. 1,1. The following members
of said Board being present, Messrs, Bavis and McMinn, Absent,
Vr, Marlette Two members being present the following proceedir:,
were had, to -wit: -
The Board grant to Won* Seeker, permission to construct under pr:.
vate contract, a driveway across the sidewalk on south side of
South "A" Street, between 14th & 15th Street, at Lot No, 1, ;,
I. Dulin Addition, under the supervision of the City Civil Eng;r.!r,
The City Civil Engineer, reported the completion of contract en-
der Improvement Resolution No. 444-1915, for concrete roadway in
6th Street, from South "A" Street to Ft-'rlayne Ave, the Board ace
cepted the same and ordered as.,essment roll prepared.

The Board decides and agrees to pay 3200.Co toward sewer to
be constructed in Earlham College woods, by Earlhom College
to assist in abatting nuisance by present sewer,
The Clerk was directed to advertise for bids to be received on
November 22nd, 1Dlb, for printing from 260 to 350 volumes of
City Ordinances approximating 400 pages,
The City attorney was instructed to prepare deeds, for property
to be purchased by the City known as the dump,
The Board then adjourned,
