Dear Mr. Arkley,
Thank you for reaching out this morning. Please know that I appreciate your dedication to our City. That being said , I
was extremely disappointed with the tone and behavior in the meeting yesterday. It is very clear to me that you do not
care for our staff, that is your prerogative. However, if we are to work together at any capacity, the kind of belligerent
behaviors expressed in the meeting must stop. We are not in the second grade here. Treating people with respect
regardless of our “emotions” will get us much further in our relationship than calling names and yelling, screaming, and
demanding. This goes both ways sir and I have had this conversation with our people as well.
As I told Allison and Kenny last night, I welcome the idea to have a productive relationship with you and your team.
Please consider your own actions moving forward. I will be focusing on ours.

Dear Kim,
I understand that you may be meeting with our folks. I admire your efforts, but most of the damage has been done
by miles and as of yesterday, Julie. Neither are worth my time.
Make no mistake, miles lies and is a petty little man. He clearly enjoys getting to hear himself speak and views
himself as a clever guy. Just so you know, my opinion is shared by many. Ask Steve strombeck. I don’t know whether
miles is lying to the council or doing their petty bidding.
Today, we are looking for space out of the city of eureka. We are talking to the three major players.
We will not deal on Koster cuplet. I have been advised that an attempt at eminent domaine will fail. Further the
current uses of the arkley will be curtailed.
I don’t envy you your job as mayor. You have zealots who are hypocrites. Julie is just plain envious and resents
those with capital. She approach was laughable. I understand that your lawyer was equally nasty and envious.
You have propels at the city, but it is not with sn or me.
