PUBLIC HEARING

DEMENT, J. GAYLORD. D. GULLICKSEN AND
L. KELLY WERE ABSENT.
OTHERS PRESENT: M. PUSINELLI _ ADMINISTRATOR

P. WALDOCK - PLANNER
D. BENNETT - POLICE CHIEF'
At 9:10 p.m. Mayor Latta opened the Public Hearing.
Roll. call was taken, D. Gullicksen and L. Kelly were absent.
Mayor Latta stated this Public Hearing is for the Minegar/Cole &
Smith Annexation Agreements.
Planner Waldock reported the subject sites are Minegar/Cole
located at 385 East 135th Street (corner of 135th and Naperville
Road) and the Smith property is located at 23747 West Overman
Court (corner of Overman Court and Naperville Road). These
Annexation Agreements are similar to the Route 59 and Route 30
agreements. These parcels are linked to the Lakelands annexation
area which is across Naperville Road.
With no comments or questions....
J. Dement moved to close the Public Hearing. Seconded by D.
Lewin. Voice vote. 4 yes, 0 no. Motion carried.
