At 7:30 p.m. Mayor Latta opened the Public Hearing.
Roll call was taken, all members were present.
Planner Waldock reported due to a publication error, the
Annexata.on Agreement which was originally scheduled for tonights
Public Hearing regarding Minegar/Cole & Smith have been
rescheduled to September 25, 1989.
Planner Waldock reported the Birket.t annexation has been
withdrawn by the property owner.
L. Kelly moved to adjourn the Public Hearing. Seconded by D.
Gullicksen. Voice vote. 5 yes, 0 no. Motion carried.
