KELLY, D. GULLICKSEN, W. SHARP, J. DEMENT, J. GAYLORD OTHERS PRESENT: M. PUSINELLI - ADMINISTRATOR V. KRNAC - VILLAGE CLERK J. HARVEY - ATTORNEY P. WALDOCK - PLANNER D, BENNETT - POLICE CHIEF At 7:00 p.m, Mayor Latta opened the meeting with the pledge to the flag. Mayor Latta read a letter from the Municipal League inviting the Board to a luncheon meeting on Saturday, September 16th at the Chicago Hilton at a cost of $22.00. This is in conjunction with the Illinois Municipal League Seminar. W. Sharp moved to adjourn into Executive Session for the purpose of discussion of hiring a Building/Zoning personnel, to reconvene. Seconded by J. Gaylord. Voice vote. 5 yes, 0 no. Motion carried. 7:06 p.m. 7:30 p.m. Administrator Pusinelli spoke in reference to Phillips 66's request that the Village waive water and sewer tap-on fees to their facility. Staff's recommendation from the July 18, 1989 memo was: a) Phillips 66 pays $1,500 water tap-on fee (1 inch meter); b) Phillips 66 pays sanitary sewer tap-on fee based on 12 P.E. (12 x 525 ~ $6,300); c) Village of Plainfield monitors water usage quarterly for one year; and d) At the end of four quarterly readings, the Village of Plainfield determines the actual P.E. of Phillips 66. At that time, the sanitary sewer tap-on fee would be adjusted (final), either up or down. W. Sharp moved to approve staff to contact Phillips 66 of the four (~) recommendations in the July 18, 19$9 memo. Seconded by L. Kelly. Voice vote. 6 yes, 0 no. Motion carried. • PLAINFIELD VILLAGE.
