The Board of public Works of the City of nichmond. Indiana
met in regular session at the office of said Board Thursday
December 9th, 1915. at 9 o cl oak A, M. The f011owi np members
of said Board being present, Messrs. Bavis and XcL;inn, Absent
i[r. Ilarlatt. Two members being present the following proceedints
were had, to -wit: -

The Board approved a primary as::esam®t roll In the matter of
the improvement of the alley between South 7th & 6th Street,
by constructing a cement roadway from the present alley improve-
ment Resolution No, 447-1915, to South "E" Street, under
Improvement Resolution No, 473-1915.
On account of inability of the Richmond Electric Co., to secure
material for the installation of boulevard lighting system on
North 9th Street , from Main to North "A" Street, as provided
for under Improvement Resolution No. 480-1915, the Board on
motion extend the time for'completion of said installation for
the period of (30 ) days, or until January 15th , 1916,
